a) 不要給學生壓力。

e) 尊重他們的想法。用說理，不要用命令。教導他們道德價值和人際關係技巧。
f) 用積極鼓勵。請不要跟別人比。

- Go to Google search. Type Introducing the University. This website gives valuable info on all UCs. For example, admit rate and student profile with range of GPA and SAT scores.

And, a few words of advice:
a) Don’t pressure the students.
b) Maintain a healthy body and mind.
c) Find their interests, encourage them to explore.
d) Gradually let go, help them become independent.
e) Respect their thinking. Use reasoning instead of command. Teach them moral values and interpersonal skills.
f) Use positive encouragements and please do not compare with others.
